A great day!

Well today i decided i was going to try and make my pencil case.  I have the idea, for nd i havce wanted to make it for a while. I already have my own, the other ones i will make are going to be for sale.  I talked to a lady on etsy, she says she sales her art well on there, i am going to try it out.   Wish me luck, i am going to try this out.

The Ride of School

So, school has been interesting.  I dont have my normal time to work on my crafts or art.  I have finally gotten in the swing of things to be able to get thingws done before the weekend so i will have the weekend to do crafts.  I am excited to keep going with things.  I promised the elders that come to our house weekly that i would draw them a picture, one of them and a different one.  One that has to do with the gospel.  I hope they turn out good.

Stand still

So at the moment my crafts are a stand still for a couple of reasons.  My sewing machine is broke and i dont have the money to fix it or get another one.  Also my collage classes started last monday so until i get in the swing of things, my crafts will have to wait.  Check out the newest link i put up for Fave Crafts.  It is an awesome website.

Latest Projects

So ill start with the oldest and go up from there so the newest is at the top. Well i got an Art certificate so i can say i know what im doing. Also so if i want to teach a class ill know what materials to have.

 ok so ive been cutting up all these pants lately so i can make things out of the jeans.  So ive finally got them all cut up and seperated but now there all over my kitchen.

 There were 2 of these big ags full of pants.

 This is a case i hand sew a couple of months ago.  I wanted a carrying case for all my art pencils that i could keep organized.

 Its obvious that its a pair of jeans.

 It has an extra pocket for my coal twigs. and my square.

 theres room for my coal pencils nife, sharpener, smudgers erasers.  For being handsewn i think it turned out well.

 I did this early this year or late last year.  I have a roman book and decided to try it out.

 This was one my asignments.  Its my alltime favorite portait that i have done.  its the most improved from practice over the years.

 Well this is a picture im going to sell at the family reunion.  Im only selling if for ten dollars.  Our harker family reunions, we have a $10 due per person in every family to help keep the reunion funds and last year someone had made fudge for people to buy and that would be there Due but they got something in return which was fudge.  Im doing the same thing, but with art.

So its late, and finally got things pretty squared away with this blog and i would love to start putting pictures up, but i have to get up early tomarrow, so i will put them up tomarrow.  So have a good one.
